I contacted Houzz explaining that I do not need the membership, I do not use any of the features and that is not correct to be held hostage until January 17, **** in a subscription that I don't use.

Hello! I subscribed to the free trial for the Houzz-Pro, but I was not aware that the subscription is automatically renewed without getting a renewal notice. I asked to speak with a manager, legal team, complaint ***** ****** of the president, they refused all of it. If I call Houzz support, they try and route me to **** but I dont want to speak with **** because he is part of the problem. Finally I got a hold of him and then he started to chicken out of the deal, now saying he can't promise anything, he's gotta talk to his higher-**** etc.Then he tells me he maybe can cancel it, maybe not, may he can, maybe not.it's been this back and forth for over a month now and no one is helping me. **** said he needed a week to go back and listen to the phone recordings to make sure ***** actually made that promise.**** then completely blew off our appointment a week later. I finally got a hold of him and explained the situation and he also said that if ***** had made me that promise to be able to cancel the subscription, then Houzz would live up to that promise. I asked to speak to my account manager, *********************, he never called me back. I called them, they said they couldn't cancel. I emailed Houzz, like their website tells you to, to cancel my subscription. In May 2023 it became clear that Houzz was a waste of my money and they had provided me with one quality lead in six months, as opposed to the ***** that I was promised. I was reluctant to sign a ************************* case Houzz didn't deliver on their promise of 2-3 quality leads per month, so I brought that to the attention of my Houzz sales **** **************************** He assured me, over the phone on a recorded line, that if Houzz was not providing me with 2-3 quality leads per month, then they would be in breach of their contract and I would have the right to cancel at any time.
